Tip 4: Wash your feet every day. Cleanliness is above all! You need not only to wash your socks but also to wash your feet. If your feet smell and are too sweaty, it is suggested to wash your feet in oak bark tincture deluded in water. You need to keep tidy and never forget to wash. Not only you need to change your underwear and your shirts but wash yourself at least each two days. Your body accumulates sweat and sweat is the source of bacteria growth which is the sole maker of smell.

Tip 5: Use socks only of natural thread, like cotton and wool. Cotton and wool are breathable fabrics that keep moisture away from your skin and do not let the smell come off. Don’t try to save on your health, purchase only natural stuff.
